Description:

Integrate a big life change. Reframe the "old story." Embrace the true you. Heal and renew!

This workshop uses arts integration techniques to help you emotionally, spiritually, and cognitively bridge the distance between where you are now in your life, where you were, and where you want to be.

It's especially helpful if you are going through (or have recently gone through) a significant life-path change. Examples of a life-path change are... being laid off, getting divorced, relocating, starting a new business, getting married, having a child, change in friendships, significant self-image change. But it's open to all who desire to awaken their creativity and romance their muse.

Each session runs from noon to 3pm and will include a guided visualization or other interactive experience plus significant time for art-making.

The art-making involves a recycled book which you will "alter" visually -- through drawing, scribbling, painting, and collage.

All materials provided. No art skills necessary!!!
