This group coaching series will help you determine actionable steps toward an important goal, inspire you with energy for your purpose, empower you to take charge of your direction, hold you accountable to your progress, and celebrate your great achievements and small triumphs!

You will benefit from guidance from an experienced coach, structure and commitment, encouragement from your peers, group energy put to use for your goal!

Participants must have a specific goal in mind and will be given guidelines for preparation and a ritual to do before the series begins.

Your goal for the series should be something you believe is possible to achieve in a month, though it can be a stretch. The goal can be a part of a much larger goal. Participants must be fully committed to all four sessions.
